Holistic Health Coaching & Distance Healing Therapies in Your Health Plan

The Holistic Therapies that we can use besides Lifestyle Advice may range from Reiki to more Integrative Medicine such as Alchemy Energetics Shamanic Spiritual Healing, Ancestral Healing, and Pleiades Energy Healing. This will depend on what’s needed and how open you are to new possibilities.

All the therapies I practise are holistic, therefore the beneficial effects of managing stress, pain, or sleep, for instance, will improve all aspects of your life, including your energy levels, mental clarity, skin, digestion, and reproductive system, which are directly affected by stress and insomnia.

Reiki, for example, is a gentle, non-pharmacological treatment option for Anxiety, Stress, and Pain relief, as well as a great complementary therapy to enhance an existing allopathic treatment plan.

Mentioned as a beneficial therapy on Anxiety.org and famously recommended by Dr Oz, Reiki is a Japanese energy therapy known to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, pain, and anxiety.

Clinical evidence indicates that Reiki is a safe complementary therapy that activates the parasympathetic nervous system to heal body and mind. It has the potential for broader use in the management of chronic health conditions, and possibly in postoperative recovery.

This therapy can be received at a distance – we can connect online, by phone, or by email, whatever suits you best.

Duration of Online Health and Wellbeing Packages:

If you suffer from a chronic condition, I suggest either starting with a 4-week Intensive (4x90min consecutive weekly sessions), and then we revise your care, or purchasing a 6-week plan/1 hour a week. This will ensure the best of success!

For maintenance, or if you’re generally pressed for time and need a quick and regular release from mental and emotional stress, anxiety, and depression, a shorter (30-45 minute) session may suffice, depending on how easy it is for you to relax into a calm state so that we can do the more restorative work, which is more beneficial in the long run.

For insomnia, for instance, I suggest a 60 to 90-minute length of session, when we can do holistic coaching, energy clearing and healing before relaxation practices, to induce deeper tranquility.

For quick and regular energy balancing we can schedule short absent distance healing, in which case you don’t have to do anything other than intend to receive the treatment – I will do the work and email or text any findings/advice that comes up for you in the remote healing session. Magic!
