Reiki Healing

Reiki Healing is a Japanese spiritual energy therapy originated by Mikao Usui, a Tendai Buddhist practitioner & teacher, in 1922. Original Japanese Reiki as personal development and healing practice is rooted in spiritual practices such as Tendai Buddhism, as well as Shugendo, Shinto, and Shingon, which include elements of indigenous animism, shamanism, divination, and magic.

In the West, however, Reiki has been passed on and evolved into a hands-on energy healing practice, with a self-development aspect based on the Reiki Precepts, which point to mental & emotional practices and good morals.

Reiki therapy induces deep relaxation, reduces stress, pain, and anxiety.
