My background is in humanities and education, with an MA in modern languages and literatures, like my parents. My focus over the years, however, changed from an intellectual to a more direct contact with what it means to be human.
As a child, I observed my grandmothers pick medicinal herbs and divinate, but only discovered the amazing benefits of natural therapies in the late ’90s – early 2000s, about 10 years into a stressful publishing career.
I traded the stress of publishing for the joy of holistic health and wellbeing, and founded this successful professional complementary therapy practice.
Over the years, I helped thousands of individuals improve their health and wellbeing naturally, and developed synergistic therapy protocols to alleviate and manage stress and pain, depression and anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, and burnout, as well as inflammation and musculoskeletal discomfort.
Through clinical practice, I realised physical health is directly affected, if not determined, by our levels of emotional and mental stress, epigenetics, as well as spiritual needs. We are not just what we eat!
I create solutions with a focus on restoring my clients’ holistic balance, enabling regeneration and boosting vitality and longevity. I also believe it is essential to equip them with self-help modalities.
